Every MediReach nurse carries a photo ID card with their name, role and our contact number. They arrive in full branded uniform. You can verify their identity by calling our dispatch centre before they enter your home.
We accept Mobile Money (MTN and Telecel) and cash. All payments are processed through our dispatch centre — nurses do not handle cash directly. You receive a payment confirmation for every transaction.
